Wipe with a damp cloth after every ride, or rinse under lukewarm water. Let them air dry fully before storing in the case. No soap or chemicals needed — the silicone won't hold odour or bacteria like foam plugs do.
Pull your ear back slightly to straighten the canal, then gently twist and push the earplug in until it sits snug. Repeat on the other side.
