Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders within our standard delivery zone.

If you're ordering from outside this zone, you'll see this at checkout — the relevant shipping cost for your country will be automatically calculated and displayed before you complete your order. No surprises, no hidden fees added after purchase.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days before being handed to our courier.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 5-8 days from the time your order is placed. Please note this is an estimate provided by our courier and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delayed or missing parcels
We allow up to 14 days from the time of purchase for your order to arrive. If your parcel hasn't arrived by day 14, this is considered delayed — contact us at hello@blokearplugs.com and we'll either arrange a replacement or issue a full refund if your order still hasn't arrived.

Customs and import duties
For international orders outside the UK, your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
